599 House Plans was established in 2021, with the customer in mind. We wanted to create a service that allowed people to design their dream home from scratch while still being affordable.
In these current times, we all spend a great deal of time in our homes and with our families. So, why not live in a space that was built with your specific lifestyle in mind? And we aim to do just that!

DAVID BROWN

Meet David Brown, the owner and designer of 599 House Plans.
David has over 30 years of experience in the house-building industry. He is an avid handyman and enjoys building furniture in his free time. He also is a Board certified Class A general contractor in the state of Virginia. David trained for three years in architectural design before moving to the business world. He has build almost all the house plans featured on this site and knows what is required to complete a successful home construction project. David is an ordained Elder and has taught the Bible for many decades and is the author of Miracles, Sign, Symbols and Judgment, God's plan for the end times which is a commentary on the book of Revelation.
