ABOUT US
Founded by David Brown, a class A general contractor in the state of Virginia, where he has lived in Richmond, Virginia his entire life. 599 House Plans was established in 2021, with the customer in mind. David Brown wanted to create a service that allowed people to design their dream home from scratch while still being affordable. He wanted the process to be simple and stress-free, which is why he emphasizes a set price of $599—No matter the size of house, complexity, or amount of changes requested.
We believe that your home is your safe space, comfort zone, and where you should be able to relax after a long day or hang out with your family. We aim to design a space that is built with your specific lifestyle in mind, so that you can live your best life, worry-free. We turn a house into your special home.

CONTACT US
Contact us via email, phone, or contact form to inquire about a fully customized floor plan made just for you. We can work from almost anything, a picture, a simple hand drawing or some plan that you have access to but want to modify.

PURCHASE YOUR PLAN
Once you purchase your plan, we will begin designing a floor plan that meets your exact needs and wants. While we offer dozens of house plans that can be purchased as is, it is our intent for you to pick the one that is the closest to your dreams and use it as a starting point to create your own design.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR PLAN
As we design your floor plan, you will be allowed to request unlimited changes and alterations, for no extra fees. This insures that you will not have to compromise and buy a plan that is not "exactly" what you have always been dreaming of.

START BUILDING
Once your floor plan is complete, we will supply you with a PDF of all the plan files you need. All you have to do is bring your plans to a constructor or have them printed to supply them to your local permitting office. If you do not have a printing services near you we can print them and mail them to you for an additional charge of $25 per set.
FEATURED HOUSE PLAN
The Madison is a large rancher with a beautiful open style and a very large family room. Two bow windows, one in the dining room and the second off the kitchen as a breakfast nook which leads to an upscale appearance to this plan. The front covered porch and large rear deck allows the entertainment to flow from inside the house to the outside.
